You can return products received from Factoryshopping.pk within 3 days of receiving the product. If a product is returned to Factoryshopping in a one of the following condition, we reserve the right not to accept return and send it back to you.
If your product is defective/damaged or the order is Incorrect/Incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. No claims will be entertained after 24 Hours.
If your product is eligible for a refund, you can get a refund within 10 working days after we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days). The courier charges/handling charges will not be refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
Bank Deposit
The bank account details provided must be correct and the account must be active and should hold some balance. Do not provide account details of Basic Bank Account (BBA), National Bank, and Khyber bank as refunds for these modes cannot be processed.
